Marci Silverberg, MPT of Pelvic Path Physical Therapy

Marci Silverberg, MPT, PPCES
Masters of Physical Therapy Pregnancy and Postpartum Certified Exercise Specialist

Marci Silverberg is the visionary behind Pelvic Path, a passionate advocate for pelvic floor physical therapy, and whole-body healing. As a seasoned Physical Therapist, she recognized a gap in quality pelvic health resources, especially for women navigating postpartum recovery. Her own experience after childbirth sparked a deep commitment to helping others regain strength, confidence, and control over their bodies. She then saw a great need for men’s pelvic floor recovery as well, and expanded her service to treat male patients with orthopedic and pelvic floor issues.

Marci’s career spans prestigious roles, including Senior Physical Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, where she specialized in neurological rehabilitation and mentored future clinicians. She later shifted her focus to pelvic health and spent years treating clients with orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions in Marin before founding Pelvic Path. Drawing on her teaching background, she created our in-house residency program to ensure every therapist on our team provides the highest level of care.

She also developed our signature Empower Method, a collaborative, whole-body approach that combines pelvic health, orthopedic expertise, and personalized treatment plans.

Originally from New York, Marci’s career in travel physical therapy led her to the West Coast, where she met her husband, David. Together with their two kids, they love escaping off the grid in their camper, hiking, and dancing.

Dr. Caitlin Mondt, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Community Liaison

Dr. Caitlin Mondt is a dedicated pelvic health specialist with a passion for helping women stay strong and active at every stage of life. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University and a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, blending science and movement expertise to provide comprehensive care.

Her interest in women’s pelvic floor therapy started during her first pregnancy. As an active person, she wanted to maintain her fitness, experience a smooth recovery, and return to her lifestyle with confidence. Now, she helps other women achieve the same goals—whether they’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery therapy, or menopause pelvic health.

Dr. Caitlin’s background in sports medicine and orthopedics includes working with professional athletes, such as the Oakland Roots Soccer Team. She brings that same level of care to her clients, using a whole-body approach to treat pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, and bladder control therapy needs.

Originally from Southern California, Dr. Caitlin now calls the Bay Area home, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Inbal Kafka, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Inbal Kafka is a physical therapist who brings her love of movement, community, and connection into every aspect of her care. With a naturally active and social lifestyle, she finds deep fulfillment in helping patients move freely and without pain so they can return to the activities they love. She believes wholeheartedly that movement is medicine and is passionate about empowering her patients to feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.

After five years working in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, her journey into pelvic health became personal. During her own pregnancy, she sought care at Pelvic Path and experienced firsthand the transformative impact of pelvic floor physical therapy. Through her pregnancy and postpartum recovery, she developed a strong interest in pelvic health and its essential role in everyday function. She is especially passionate about educating patients and bringing awareness to a specialty that is often overlooked, helping individuals optimize their quality of life at every stage.

Her treatment approach is grounded in advanced training through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA), which has significantly shaped her clinical style. She uses hands-on mobilization techniques within specific ranges of motion to efficiently retrain movement patterns. This is paired with individualized exercises, with a strong emphasis on proper form and mechanics to support lasting results outside the clinic. Equally important to her clinical work is the environment she creates -- one that is safe, supportive and non-judgmental. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and ensuring they feel heard, understood, and encouraged throughout their care.

Outside of the clinic, you can find her running the roads and trails around Mill Valley, hiking with her husband and daughter, strength training, or relaxing with a good book. She also loves any opportunity to bake and decorate cookies for friends and family.
