Meet The Team

Marci Silverberg- Founder, CEO
Marci is the founder of Pelvic Path and a passionate advocate for pelvic floor health in both women and men. After having children, she realized there were few quality pelvic health resources for women, leaving her feeling lost. This experience ignited her passion for pelvic health. As a longtime Physical Therapist, she decided to shift gears and specialize in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. Marci loves empowering clients to overcome common, but not normal, symptoms so they can reclaim their lives and return to the activities they love. Before founding Pelvic Path, Marci worked for years at a local clinic in Marin treating clients with Orthopedic and Pelvic Health conditions. Prior to that, she was a Senior Physical Therapist at Kaiser Permanente, where she specialized in Neurological Rehabilitation and served as an instructor and mentor for Kaiser and Samuel Merritt physical therapy students. She drew on her experience in teaching and mentorship to design our in-house residency program for her team here at Pelvic Path. She developed our signature Empower Method using a holistic style of physical therapy care that utilizes all our team members in a collaborative care approach. Originally from New York, Marci’s career in travel physical therapy brought her to the west coast, where she eventually met her husband, David. They have two children and love spending time outdoors. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find them off the grid exploring in their camper. Marci enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing, cooking, reading, and sweet alone time.
