About Pelvic Path Physical Therapy

Pelvic Path was built on two core beliefs.

1. Treating the whole body and finding the root cause matters.

We believe lasting change happens when clinicians have the time and support to look beyond symptoms. Our care integrates pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy through a whole-body lens, prioritizing thoughtful assessment, clinical reasoning, and individualized treatment over quick fixes.

2. We have to take care of ourselves to take care of others.

Great care doesn’t come from burnout. We believe clinicians deserve systems and support that make excellent care sustainable — not exhausting.

What It Actually Feels Like to Work Here

  • You have the time to fully assess, treat, and educate your patients—without rushing through visits
  • You finish your documentation during the workday, supported by AI-assisted tools that reduce after-hours charting
  • Your day runs through thoughtful systems designed to reduce friction, so you can focus on clinical care—not logistics
  • You’re supported by a team that values collaboration, mentorship, and clinical growth, not practicing in isolation

We’ve intentionally built a clinic where therapists can have long, sustainable careers—with space for growth, honest communication, and flexibility through different seasons of life.

Is Pelvic Path Right for Me?

Accordion Content

No. Our strongest team fits have come from clinicians with a solid orthopedic foundation and a genuine interest in learning and thoughtfully applying pelvic health principles to their existing knowledge base. Pelvic health training and scope of care develop over time, with mentorship and support provided based on experience, interests, and life season.

Mentorship is part of the culture, not an add-on. Mentorship is built into our culture and is most intensive during the onboarding and ramp-up period to set clinicians up for success. On an going basis, clinicians receive regular 1-on-1 check-ins, labs with collaborative case discussions, and participate in quarterly team meetings focused on reflection, professional growth, and goal setting.

Clinicians who value quality over quantity, enjoy deep patient relationships, appreciate mentorship, and want a career that supports their life — not consumes it — tend to thrive at Pelvic Path.

What Our Clinicians Say

“Working at Pelvic Path has been absolutely life-changing for me as a therapist. It’s incredibly rewarding to help people and truly do the work I became a physical therapist to do — with the time, support, and intention that makes a difference.

Prioritizing continuing education, growth, and work-life balance is rare, and I’m so grateful to have found that here.”
