Are you a warm, caring, and empathetic Physical Therapist, ready to make a real impact? Do you seek a clinic where quality care is not just a mantra, but a way of life? Pelvic Path Physical Therapy might just be the place where your passion meets purpose.
Pelvic Path Physical Therapy has redefined the approach to pelvic health within a whole-body framework. Since 2019, we’ve been committed to quality care for both our patients and our dedicated staff. Our one-on-one, hour-long sessions reflect our belief in providing the time and resources necessary for true success. We’re not just a clinic; we’re a community dedicated to continuous growth, mentorship, and professional development.
About The Role
As a Pelvic Health/Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Pelvic Path, you’ll be the architect of change, treating a diverse range of patients, including those in pregnancy/postpartum, pelvic pain, stress urinary and urge incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and athletes. Your day-to-day will involve evaluation and treatment, and using motivational interviewing and collaboration with the patient to unveil root causes of their issues. Join a team that believes in whole-body treatment and offers the freedom to make a lasting impact.
Requirements / Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a Physical Therapy Licensure in the State of California, a commitment to continuous learning, and an interest in incorporating pelvic health with orthopedic skills. We’re seeking a lifelong learner who values manual therapy, corrective exercise, and believes in a holistic and whole-body-based treatment approach. Your openness, curiosity, effective communication, and confidence will set you apart.
What Makes Pelvic Path Physical Therapy A Great Place To Work
At Pelvic Path, we walk the walk when it comes to creating a culture that values both quality care and work-life balance. Enjoy one-on-one, hour-long sessions with your patients. Experience genuine clinical mentorship, regular meetings, and co-treatments during paid time to support your continuous growth. We offer a unique 90-day ramp-up period, access to a library of continuing education courses, and the freedom to treat in an environment prioritizing work-life balance over patient productivity standards.
