Our wait times to get an appointment typically range from 1-2 weeks.
A big reason why we developed a team was to address this issue. Many clients who call around find that the wait time to get in to see a PT ranges from a few months to even 2 years. We strive to offer earlier access to care, so clients can get their issues addressed immediately and not have to wait months in pain and discomfort, with issues getting worse or, at a minimum, staying unresolved.

Completion of Care

In addition to clients waiting to get in to see a provider, we also hear that providers are too busy to provide the appropriate amount of follow-up care, and in a timely manner.
We understand that in order to get issues resolved, we need to see our clients with a regular cadence, and we are able to offer regular follow-up care visits.
Because we are out-of-network with insurance, we are able to determine with our clients how often we work together, and at what cadence, without needing prior approval from an insurance company.

We are a team of Physical Therapists who specialize in both Pelvic Health and Orthopedics (whole body care), and we are dedicated to being the best in our craft.
How do we do it? Together, we have over 35 years of clinical experience. In our dedication to providing excellent care, we meet weekly to discuss cases and receive ongoing training and mentorship.
Most other clinics have hurried therapists who are too busy in the daily grind of patient care and productivity standards to focus on clinical excellence for their clients.

Because of our focus on quality care, our therapists are available to clients during business hours to answer questions via text and email. We return messages within one business day, but usually sooner. We don’t want your question or concern to delay your progress.
