Does your career light you up?
A supportive, mentor-driven practice where clinicians can grow, feel supported, and do meaningful work.
About Pelvic Path Physical Therapy
Pelvic Path was built on two core beliefs.
1. Treating the whole body and finding the root cause matters.
We believe lasting change happens when clinicians have the time and support to look beyond symptoms. Our care integrates pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy through a whole-body lens, prioritizing thoughtful assessment, clinical reasoning, and individualized treatment over quick fixes.
2. We have to take care of ourselves to take care of others.
Great care doesn’t come from burnout. We believe clinicians deserve systems and support that make excellent care sustainable — not exhausting.
At Pelvic Path, this shows up as:
- 1-on-1, hour-long treatment sessions that allow you to truly assess, treat, and educate
- Streamlined documentation, including AI-supported transcription, so charting doesn’t follow you home
- Thoughtfully designed systems and workflows that reduce friction and mental load
- Built-in mentorship and clinical support, so you’re never practicing in isolation
We’ve intentionally designed the practice to support sustainable careers, honest communication, and growth through different life seasons.
Our Clinical Approach
We specialize in pelvic health and whole-body orthopedic care, serving people of all genders and across the lifespan.
Our approach is:
- Root-cause focused
- Evidence-informed and holistic
- Grounded in movement, education, and hands-on care
We integrate a variety of approaches, including manual therapy, movement-based care, and shockwave therapy when appropriate — always guided by clinical reasoning and patient goals.
Is Pelvic Path Right for Me?
Accordion Content
No. Our strongest team fits have come from clinicians with a solid orthopedic foundation and a genuine interest in learning and thoughtfully applying pelvic health principles to their existing knowledge base. Pelvic health training and scope of care develop over time, with mentorship and support provided based on experience, interests, and life season.
Mentorship is part of the culture, not an add-on. Mentorship is built into our culture and is most intensive during the onboarding and ramp-up period to set clinicians up for success. On an going basis, clinicians receive regular 1-on-1 check-ins, labs with collaborative case discussions, and participate in quarterly team meetings focused on reflection, professional growth, and goal setting.
Clinicians who value quality over quantity, enjoy deep patient relationships, appreciate mentorship, and want a career that supports their life — not consumes it — tend to thrive at Pelvic Path.
What It’s Like to Work at Pelvic Path
“Working at Pelvic Path has been absolutely life-changing for me as a therapist. It’s incredibly rewarding to help people and truly do the work I became a physical therapist to do — with the time, support, and intention that makes a difference.
Prioritizing continuing education, growth, and work-life balance is rare, and I’m so grateful to have found that here.”
